Glorri is an Applicant Tracking System designed to bring the entire recruitment process into one connected workspace. It enables companies to create vacancies, organise candidates, coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, manage hiring teams, and configure recruitment workflows from a single platform.
The product needed to support both everyday recruitment tasks and complex company-level settings without overwhelming users. My role was to transform these interconnected processes into a clear, scalable, and efficient experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators.
Recruitment platforms often grow into dense systems filled with tables, settings, candidate records, permissions, and repetitive administrative tasks.
The main challenge was to design a product that could handle this complexity while still feeling approachable. Users needed to move between high-level hiring pipelines and detailed candidate information without losing context. At the same time, company administrators required powerful configuration tools for teams, permissions, templates, notifications, subscriptions, and hiring structures.
The interface therefore had to balance operational speed, information density, and visual clarity across a large number of connected modules.

Fragmented Hiring
Recruiters often manage vacancies, interviews, messages, candidate documents, and evaluations across multiple tools. This creates duplicated work, inconsistent communication, and limited visibility into each candidate’s progress.
Workflow Complexity
Hiring processes differ between companies, departments, and roles. Without flexible stages, permissions, templates, and notification controls, teams struggle to adapt the platform to their internal processes.
Recruitment Pipeline
A visual Kanban-style pipeline allows recruiters to organise candidates across hiring stages such as incoming applications, interviews, evaluations, and offers.
Candidate Workspace
Each candidate has a centralised profile containing their personal information, CV, experience, interviews, tasks, questions, messages, documents, and communication history.
Integrated Communication
The platform includes an internal candidate chat experience, allowing recruiters to communicate and track messages directly inside the applicant profile.
Interview Scheduling
The scheduling experience enables candidates and recruiters to select available dates and time slots through a focused, easy-to-understand interface.
Vacancy Creation
A structured step-by-step flow guides recruiters through creating and publishing a new vacancy.
Custom Hiring Workflows
Hiring teams can configure stages, questions, interview kits, disqualification reasons, candidate-sharing settings, and email templates according to their internal processes.
Company Structure
Administrators can create branches, departments, and hierarchical company structures using both card-based and tree views.
Roles and Permissions
A detailed permissions system gives administrators control over which vacancies, candidates, and platform actions each team member can access.
Templates and Notifications
Reusable email templates, application questions, hiring stages, and notification settings reduce repetitive setup work.
Subscription Management
Pricing plans and payment settings were integrated into the same visual system as the rest of the platform.
The final design brings vacancy management, candidate tracking, communication, scheduling, company configuration, and recruitment administration into one cohesive system.
Glorri provides hiring teams with a clearer overview of recruitment progress while allowing them to move quickly from pipeline-level decisions to detailed candidate actions. Administrators gain the flexibility to configure the product around their organisation without disrupting the everyday recruiter experience.
The result is a scalable HR platform that turns a traditionally fragmented hiring process into a connected and manageable workflow.
Designing Glorri required treating recruitment not as a collection of isolated screens, but as an ecosystem of people, decisions, permissions, and recurring actions.
The most important lesson was that complex enterprise products do not become easier by simply removing information. They become easier when information is prioritised, grouped meaningfully, and shown at the right moment.
By combining progressive disclosure, reusable interaction patterns, and strong visual hierarchy, I was able to preserve the platform’s depth while making its daily workflows feel lighter and more intuitive.
