Baku Electronics is one of Azerbaijan's largest electronics retailers, offering thousands of products across smartphones, laptops, home appliances, televisions, and consumer electronics through both physical stores and digital channels. The company operates a nationwide retail network alongside its website and mobile application.
The goal of this project was to redesign both the website and mobile application to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience that simplifies product discovery, improves purchasing confidence, and increases conversion across all devices.
Electronics shopping involves extensive product research, feature comparison, financing options, and purchasing decisions. As product catalogs grow, users can easily become overwhelmed by categories, specifications, promotions, and payment options.
The challenge was to create a shopping experience that helps users quickly find products, compare options, understand financing plans, and complete purchases with minimal friction. The redesign also needed to support features such as cashback programs, installment payments, campaigns, and online ordering available through the platform.
